This is not a generic training programme.Every client works in structured training blocks — with a clear start, measurable benchmarks, a mid-block check-in, and an end-of-block test.You always know what you're working toward. And you can see, in numbers, how far you've come.

How It Works

Step 1 — Discovery Session
60 minutes. Movement screen. Training taster.
We identify your goal and map the program.
SGD $120.
Step 2 — Your First Block
5-session Starter Pack to experience structured coaching in practice.
Step 3 — Monthly Retainer
Most clients move to a retainer after Block 1.
4–8 sessions/month, full block structure, WhatsApp accountability between sessions.
